I incorporated Chromium Picolinate into my daily supplements. This helped minimize my desire for sweets. 6. I didn't wait until I was hungry to eat. I planned my meals in advance. 7. I drank water and Apple Cider Vinegar to burn unwanted fat. 8. I used a slimming belt when I exercised and for an added boost I sucked in my stomach while exercising. 9.
