Rest & Begin Next Round So each time I say go in the video you will be doing 20 seconds of a bed sheet variation exercise followed by either sprints, jumping jacks, squat and kicks or burpees. My form is not perfect for all of the exercises and yours probably will not be perfect either but the point is for you to go as fast as you can be trying to wear yourself out to burn the most fat you possibly can.
