His recent transformation has been epic and inspiring to athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike who dream of losing weight. Zion’s Weight Loss Journey Zion Williamson started with a pledge to eat healthy foods and to engage in regular exercise. He committed to work with nutritionists and trainers in developing a programme that would help him lose weight, but not his power and agility on the court. With regular exercise that fed his body with nutritious food, Williamson lost weight. He did so in an amazingly short period of time. Of course, Williamson’s weight loss – as infectious as it is – can teach you nothing about becoming a basketball phenomenon. Losing weight, keeping it off, and becoming athletic takes years of practice, a sensible diet, unquestioning dedication and a host of life changes.
