You can rice, but not Sela, brown and black rice as they take a lot of time to digest. Remember to use rice after removing their starch. Talking about pulses, you can take Moong and Tur Dal because they give comfort to your stomach. But, you can use these lentils once a day. Yes, wheat bread or porridge is also considered salubrious to cope with Proteinuria. 4. Suppose you think that in the case of protein loss, you do not need protein. No, it is not correct. In the condition of protein loss, your body needs protein to avert weakness. Alternatively, you can take egg white, chicken, cottage cheese (Paneer), and lentils. 5. Proteinuria patients can take 1.5 to 2 litres of water throughout the day in the drink. Remember to drink water when you feel thirsty, and do not take too much water at once.
