As you lose weight you are able to rise slightly faster. It takes time(a few of months if you are constantly losing weight) for your equilibrium system to adjust. Expect that when you bend over and back up you will get a head rush. Knowing it will happen will eliminate its ability to surprise you. If you get a head rush too often it may be a good idea to lose weight at a slower pace. I just ignored the head rushes and maxed out my weight loss . Just be careful. When you lose weight your body is no longer the same. Your heart, nerves, equilibrium system, calorie requirements, etc, etc all have to readjust. The weight loss plateau is a time of readjustment. The body says "Stop Right There! no more weight loss for now. I have to readjust before I will allow you to lose more weight."
