If you do 5 cycles, your training session will last 10 minutes; if you complete 10, duration will be 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can do 1 or 2 laps at high speed and then 1 or 2, slower. Your body won't burn much fat with this exercise, and I know this is not good news... but, once you start doing it, your metabolism will accelerate incredibly and hormones that consume fat will be released in your body.
