We'll rotate between all 4 exercises, then repeat it one more time. This is going to be a good one. Hit the start button, and lets take your training to the next level! Total time: 4 minutes Sets: 8 Rounds: 2 Work time: 20 seconds (as many reps as possible with good form) Rest time: 10 seconds Tabata Exercises: A1.
