I believe the problem is the interpretation of the research. In order to read them, you’d need a medical dictionary and a basic understanding of medical physiology. But most of us wouldn’t do that; so, you have to rely on the interpretation of someone with a bias. You wonder: what’s the truth? In order to be certain, you need personal experience. Here’s what I suggest you do: Try being a meat-eater for a while, and see the results you get. Then try being vegan for a while, and compare your results. See which one works better for you.
