There are many ways that you can change your workouts up to maximize Afterburn, but here are just a few: ** Use heavy compound lifts for the bulk of your workout, avoid excessive isolation or machine work ** Avoid long slow cardio -- the EPOC from this has been proved to be minimal. Instead, do short, very high intensity cardio to maximize EPOC and to make your workouts shorter and more efficient. ** Eat 5 Zero Willpower meals per day, so that your body has the fuel to sustain intense workouts.
