Чтобы работать, организму нужно где-то добрать (помимо пищи) 500 калорий. Он будет вынужден использовать свои запасы жира - вы худеете. И всё. Что важно. Даже если вы питаетесь правильно, вы можете и НЕ худеть, если набираете много калорий. Также, "кушать мало" (маленький объем) - это не равно "худеть". Те же 50гр полезных орехов имеют калорийность 700гр яблок! Сила в балансе. Чтобы худеть комфортно, нужно НАЕДАТЬСЯ меньшим количеством калорий. Кушать больший объем, равный меньшей калорийности. Что это значит: - Перекус: можно съесть 35гр орехов/сухофруктов и через час проголодаться, а можно равноценно по калорийности съесть 300гр яблок, и проголодаться через 2-3 часа. - Нужно свести к минимуму хлеб и хлебцы, и делать упор на цельные крупы, которые сытнее и полезнее. - Вместо кофе с сиропом или сливками пить американо. - Чем заменить конфеты?
