I find that 10 minutes, three days a week, strength training in an interval style approach is super effective for individuals who are on a weight loss journey using a GLP-1 agonist, and it's doable, it's manageable, and I have to tell you that even if it's difficult for you to do certain movements like squats, like push-ups, all those things, you don't have to do those things, okay?
