So you asked a really good question. If you have PCOS, what do you do to lose or maintain weight if good eating habits and exercise aren't helping? It would be best to talk to your doctor because they know the specifics of your individual case of PCOS and they can discuss what weight loss goals are appropriate for you because studies have shown that a slight decrease in weight can actually have huge benefits on your body. It can help women with PCOS, who have previously not been able to ovulate and get pregnant, get pregnant. Again, talk to your doctor. They can discuss specifics with you and decide what modifications can be made in order to help you meet your goals.
