This will help you preserve and grow muscle and burns more calories than carbs or fats during digestion. . . . . 6. Increase NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). Which pretty much means just walk more, aim for 10,000 steps daily. . . . 7. Prioritize sleep.
