"Nah ini gua sekarang puasa gitu misalkan tapi nanti makannya tetap makanan yang diet," katanya. Penurunan berat badan dikatakan Aliando bukanlah karena permintaan orang lain, melainkan merupakan keputusan pribadi. "Pertama banyak request ya banyak yang pengin 'li kurusin lagi kurusin lagi' tapi ya balik lagi gua kurus bukan untuk request, gue kurus karena kemauan gue sendiri," ujarnya Anak kedua dari tiga bersaudara ini menekankan pentingnya menjalani diet karena keinginan pribadi, bukan hanya karena saran orang lain. "Karena balik lagi kalau misalkan gue men-accept advice itu gue ngerinya malah gua suka hanya karena advice itu, bukan karena diri gue sendiri dan itu sangat berbahaya efeknya buat gua nantinya gitu," jelasnya. Motivasi utama untuk menurunkan berat badan menurut Aliando datang dari masalah kesehatan yang ia alami. "Jadinya gua sebenarnya sekarang ngurusin badan memang gua sebenarnya pengin kurus karena balik lagi ketika gua buang air aja udah mulai susah dll lah. Di situ sih mulai turning poinnya mau kurus," katanya. Dengan penurunan berat badan yang signifikan, Aliando kini memiliki berat 80 kilogram, turun dari 92 kilogram sebelumnya. "Jadinya, ya ya udah turun 12 kg dari 92 sekarang 80 pas," ungkapnya. Mengenai target berat badan ideal, Aliando bercanda bahwa ia ingin mencapai 35 kilogram, namun ia menyebutkan target realistisnya adalah antara 73 hingga 75 kilogram. "Target 35, paling 73, 75 karena tinggi gua kan 172, jadi paling idealnya itu 75an atau 74," pungkasnya.
