(the Kaizen is 4 minutes). Saute onions and brown beef or to save time, add and cook together in skillet over medium- medium high heat, and break the meat. Add in the tomato paste, garlic powder, and chili powder, give a good stir, adjust seasonings, and add in the beef broth. Stir together for a minute or so until it comes together and add broth if you want it thinner. Turn off the heat and add the cheese. Season with salt & pepper as needed. ENJOY!
