Chrissy admits that she often ate in secret to hide her unhealthy lifestyle. In fact, when she was in the process of losing weight, she ate all of her meals at a drive-through restaurant. Chrissyās husband suggested that she try to lose weight through diet and exercise. But she didnāt like the idea of a ādiet,ā and said that she would rather eat right. Instead, she went to the gym for 90 minutes every day. She says that she did Pilates, cardio, yoga, and strength training. It didnāt take long before Chrissy saw a difference. She says that she felt more confident and sexy. At first, she thought that she just needed to do something else to change her life. But after four months of working out consistently, she decided to try a different strategy. Chrissy tried fasting, and it worked. She says that it gave her the ability to focus more on her goals and to avoid emotional eating. She also learned a lot about what foods were good for her body. Now, she believes that thereās no one diet plan that works for everyone. Instead, we need to try many different things to see what works best for us.
