Yes, I’ve been through it all – the long hours of training, the grueling mental and physical battles – and this workout represents a piece of that journey. After hitting those strength-building exercises, we dive into an intense HIIT section to really get your heart pumping and burn fat. Finally, we finish with compound movements to hit multiple muscle groups at once, ensuring a full-body burn.
