So rather than focusing on just one spot, you get a complete workout. This helps you lose and burn more fat. It has been shown from research that an average person burns at least 100 calorie for every mile completed running. So you can see how effective this is. Another study shows that if you use treadmills for about 30 minutes, at a pace of about 5 mph, a person weighing 125 pound could burn 240 calories while a 185 pound person will burn off about 355 calories. So whether you got a treadmill at home or at a gym, or probably you run on the road, you would burn off just enough calories than you could ever imagine. So you would want to spend at least 30 minutes daily on the road running and burning off those belly fat.
