I took this product at about 0530 am and again at about 1230 pm. I took one pill each time as directed. I weighed myself last night and weighed 166.6. I weighed myself today and I weighed a whopping 162.6!! Thats a total of 4 lbs lost in a 24 hour period. Trust me, I did work out and eat correctly on these pills and they did have some side effects for me. I felt hot, and when i was working out, I felt a little woozy, but I kept pushing through it. While working out, my heart rate ranged anywhere from 170 to 180 at the highest. I think the wooziness also comes from not uping my intake of water. Most definitely drink water throughout the day while on this. I felt a lot of energy, so I was pretty productive today at work. The directions tell you to only take no more than 2 pills a day.
