This diet is not effective for identifying gluten sensitivity, I worry that there would be overconsumption of saturated fat and feel that whole grains and legumes would be forever demonized. My biggest questions are regarding the effectiveness of this diet to identify food sensitivities and the strict month-long nature that I think will contribute to a yoyo in health.
