Given this information, is it still worth taking medications like Wegovy, semaglutide, saxenda, and victoza? In some situations, it may make sense but my recommendation is to always try to lose weight with diet and exercise first. If you are going to use these medications then do your best to use them in the short term for no more than 1 year. This will minimize the negative side effects while maximizing their benefits.
