Whenever I see food swap posts for "healthier" alternatives it's almost always for something much more expensive. . Now that isn't bad or wrong. I think a lot of the products are great! You have that permission, it can 100% be a food preference of yours and not a diet culture food rule. Where we get into rough waters is when there is fear, and shame, and guilt, and judgement- towards yourself or others. . Having no food rules IS about living your healthiest, happiest life.
