カンナビジオール=CBDという成分をご存じでしょうか。実は大麻草から抽出されたもので、チョコレートやハンドクリームなど、CBDを使った製品がいま若い人を中心に人気を集めています。一方、CBDは依存性がないとされていますが、取材を進めると課題も浮かび上がってきました。 ■子どもも摂取可能　急拡大する大麻由来成分「CBD」 東京・渋谷区にある、若者に人気のカフェ。 店員 「お待たせしました。こちらCBDコーヒーでございます。こちらで5ショット入れさせていただきます」 コーヒーに垂らされるこの液体、実は、大麻草から抽出される成分「CBD」のオイルです。 大麻由来であるものの違法ではありません。摂取すると、Chill=つまり、ゆったりとした状態になれると若者の間で流行していて、いま、CBDを提供する店が増えているのです。 客 「chillな感じでリラックスして楽しんでました」 客 「ゆったりした気持ちになったり、あとちょっと眠くなったりする時もあります」 大人だけでなく子どもがCBD製品を口にすることも法律では規制されていません。 －－お子さんは？ 客 「子供は（CBDの）チョコレートを」 －－どうでしたか? 子ども 「うまかった」 さらにCBD製品は羽田空港でも扱われています。コーヒーなどに入れるCBDオイルのほか、ハンドクリームなど種類は多岐に渡ります。大麻由来のCBD、体に害はないのでしょうか。 ■アメリカでは8000億円市場の成長との予測も　日本では「CBD議連」が発足 WHO・世界保健機関はCBDについて「研究が限られており、すべての影響が明らかになっていない」としながらも… ・「一般的にCBDは毒性が低い」 ・「乱用や依存の報告はない」 としています。 アメリカではすでに市場規模が1400億円を超えていて、10年後には8000億円にまで成長すると予測されています。 日本でもCBD利用への気運が盛り上がっており、与野党の国会議員が参加するCBD議連ができています。 自民党　衛藤晟一　参院議員 「やっと厳しい規制の中からここまで来た」 議連の活動もあって、政府の経済政策の基本方針「骨太の方針」には CBDに関する文言が入りました。 ■違法成分「THC」が混入の可能性も　 しかし、問題もあります。一部のCBD製品には、幻覚を引き起こすTHCという違法成分が含まれている可能性があるからです。現在の大麻取締法では、大麻草の中でも違法成分=THCを多く含む葉や根などの部位を規制しています。一方、種子や成熟した茎から抽出されるCBD製品は、THCが混入していない限り合法とされています。しかし、思わぬ問題も起きています。 ■「なかなか見抜けないのが現状」製品回収に追い込まれるケースも 創業93年の近江屋呉服店では2014年からCBDオイルやサプリなどの輸入・販売を始めました。ところが… ㈱近江屋呉服店・㈱こころ　北条浩司代表 「電話かかってきて、社長今こういうことがあったよということで私が聞いて初めてびっくりした」 2020年、この会社が輸入した製品に違法成分THCが混入していたことが厚生労働省の検査でわかったのです。会社は製品の回収に追い込まれました。 ㈱近江屋呉服店・㈱こころ　北条浩司代表 「当然税関で検査があるわけです。税関で通っていても（THCの混入が）微量の場合は、なかなか見抜けないのが現状」 大麻草からCBDだけを抽出し、違法成分であるTHC を取り除くには高度な技術が必要な為、製造の過程で微量のTHCが混入してしまうケースは少なくないといいます。厚生労働省や税関が抜き打ち調査をしているものの、全ての製品がチェックされるわけではありません。社長は健全な市場育成のためにも、 検査体制の強化を望んでいます。 ㈱近江屋呉服店・㈱こころ　北条浩司代表 「今うちはアメリカで（検査を）やっていて、アメリカまで送っている。それが日本でできればもう本当検査費用は助かると思います」 ■「グルグルです」「曲げ曲げです」違法成分を匂わせた製品が流通 昭和大学の佐藤均教授。日本では数少ないCBDの研究者です。佐藤教授は違法成分=THCを含んでいることを匂わせたCBD製品が一部で流通している現状に警鐘を鳴らします。 昭和大学　薬学部　佐藤教授 「安全かどうかとかの情報がほとんど入ってないですよね」 フリマアプリで販売されているCBD製品については… 昭和大学　薬学部　佐藤教授 「「キマるCBD」ってのは変ですよね」 「キマる」とは薬物の影響で幻覚を見たり、酩酊状態になることです。さらには… 昭和大学　薬学部　佐藤教授 「『グルグルです』『曲げ曲げです』って言うのも本当に現実そうなった場合は当然違法ですから」 違法成分THCが含まれていなければ、こうした幻覚をみる状態にはならないはず。 ■THC混入で警察に捕まるリスクも　専門家は“検査体制の構築が急務” 佐藤教授の研究室がこの電子タバコ用のCBD製品を実際に…（https://newsdig.tbs.co.jp/list/article?id=jnn-20220916-6040737） ▼TBS NEWS DIG 公式サイト　https://newsdig.tbs.co.jp/ ▼チャンネル登録をお願いします！ http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6AG81pAkf6Lbi_1VC5NmPA?sub_confirmation=1 ▼情報提供はこちらから「TBSインサイダーズ」 https://www.tbs.co.jp/news_sp/tbs-insiders.html ▼映像提供はこちらから「TBSスクープ投稿」 https://www.tbs.co.jp/news_sp/toukou.html
